Dr. Jennifer Schaumberg

Dr. Jennifer Schaumberg was born and raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan. She pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan and there continued into dental school. She completed both her internship and residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida, which is known internationally as a center for research and education specifically in the fields of craniofacial trauma, tumor and reconstructive surgery. In addition to her education in dentoalveolar, orthognathic surgery and dental implants, Dr. Schaumberg brings to our practice, advanced training in facial cosmetic, tumor, reconstructive, pre-prosthetic surgery and craniofacial trauma.

She is actively involved in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity, The American Dental Association, Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and is board eligible. Dr. Schaumberg is an active member of Hadassah, Magen David Adom, Federation and AIPAC. She believes that a reassuring touch, a kind word and a caring atmosphere is essential for ideal patient care. Dr. Schaumberg’s gentle manner is especially comforting to anxious patients and children.
